Value Is Conditional
Aircraft value is only meaningful when supported by technical condition, records integrity, maintenance positioning, and realistic assumptions. A headline number without those is an opinion, not a fact.

Technical Risk Is Often Mispriced
Many asset decisions understate the commercial impact of incomplete records and maintenance exposure. The gap between paper value and real value is almost always found in the technical details.

Transitions Decide Outcomes
The difference between a successful transaction and an expensive problem is often determined during execution — not in the term sheet. How an aircraft moves from one operator to the next defines the economics.
